02 Purpose of the website
This website is a personal professional portfolio containing information about Mariia Raykhel’s experience, projects, professional approach and editorial work. Its materials are provided for information only.
Nothing on this website constitutes a public offer under Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The scope, fees, timing and terms of each engagement are agreed individually before work begins.
Sending an email, following a Telegram link, completing the brief or diagnostic, or using a promotional code does not in itself create a contract.
03 Personal data
The project brief page provides only a blank editable PDF. It is downloaded to the visitor’s device and completed locally. The website does not receive, upload or store brief responses or accompanying files.
When contacting the owner through email, Telegram, LinkedIn or another external service, the user voluntarily provides information to that service. Its processing is governed by the relevant platform’s terms and privacy policy.
A visitor may choose to send the completed brief to the owner’s Russian email address. Contact details and project materials received through such an enquiry are used only to respond, discuss a project, prepare a proposal and continue the requested communication. It is not sold or disclosed to third parties except where required by law or necessary to perform an agreement requested or concluded with the user.
The received email, completed brief and attachments may remain in the owner’s mailbox for the period required to review the enquiry and prepare a proposal, continue communication initiated by the user, or until a justified deletion request is received, unless longer retention is required by law or an agreement.

04 Technical information
To operate certain functions correctly, the website may store local technical records on the visitor’s device.
The communication-system diagnostic uses browser local storage to remember whether it has been completed or closed. Answers and the diagnostic result are not sent to the owner and are not stored in an owner-controlled database. A saved result is downloaded directly to the user’s device.
The hosting provider may automatically process technical information required to deliver pages and maintain website security and stability, including an IP address, request time, browser and device information. Such processing is governed by the relevant technical provider’s terms.
The website uses first-party, anonymised analytics to assess its effectiveness, without advertising pixels or disclosure to a third-party analytics platform. It records page views, referral source, device category, country supplied at the technical header level, clicks on key links and progress through the diagnostic.
The website does not store IP addresses, full browser details, names, email addresses or telephone numbers. A random identifier is stored in the browser’s session storage solely to group actions within one visit; it expires when that session ends. Analytics records are retained for no longer than 90 days and are used only in aggregate to improve the website.
05 Diagnostic and promotional code
The diagnostic is informational and is not a professional audit, a guarantee of results or an individual consultation. Its result is generated automatically from the user’s selected answers.
The promotional code issued after completion remains valid for 30 calendar days from the completion date and provides a 10% discount on one consultation with Mariia Raykhel. The consultation scope, original fee and final fee are confirmed in correspondence before a contract is concluded.
The code may be used once by one client, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with other offers unless agreed separately.

The website links to Telegram, email, LinkedIn, Instagram*, Google Drive, media publications and other external resources. The owner does not control their content, availability or data-processing rules. Visitors should review the terms and privacy policy of each external resource before using it.
07 Intellectual property
